The Blue Badge scheme provides a range of parking benefits and other motoring concessions for people with severe mobility difficulties who travel either as drivers or as passengers. It is designed to assist the disabled and people with severe mobility problems who have difficulty using public transport and allows them to be parked near shops, stations and other facilities. Formerly the Orange Badge Scheme.

Cleckheaton is a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees, in West Yorkshire, England, situated south of Bradford, east of Brighouse, west of Batley and south-west of Leeds. It is at the centre of the Spen Valley and was the major town in the former borough of Spenborough.
